Wedding Care Coordination
Our Wedding care coordination services forms the basis of our complete wedding planning services package. The number of "face to face" consultations available to our couples is unlimited and can be requested at any time. We will be available to you 24x7 via email and or phone to share in each exciting milestone along the way or to listen to any concerns you may have.
We will organise as many onsite inspections with you as you need to determine if a location or service is right for you. Each week we will add reports on quote comparisons, possible vendors and other relevant information to your personal online membership page.
You can choose they type of reports you would like or you are welcome to stay with our default range of reports. Reports include suppliers contact details, payment schedules, guest lists ,RSVP's, table seating, to mention a few. We also provide a range of budget reports that will let you know if you are over or under budget on each category of your wedding.
Your reports can be accessed on your secure, personalised membership page from anywhere in the world that you have internet access. A sample of these reports can be seen by logging in at:

Services Coordination
Our services coordination includes negotiation of the best possible services along with the best possible price for all services from Bridal Attire to Wedding favours.
When choosing service providers for your wedding, we will only recommend those suppliers whose intention is to take your wedding day as personally as you do and with a reputation of making wedding dreams come true.
Guest Coordination
Let the Concierge take some of the hassle out of managing your wedding guests. we can assist with:
- Design printing and mailing of the invitations
- Tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
- Preparing itineraries, seating list and name plates
- Coordination and collection of gifts received on the wedding day
- Booking of Accommodation for out of town guests
Wedding Day Coordination
Concierge to the Bride will assist you in creating a ceremony that reflects your beliefs and dreams; including assisting you with selecting or writing your wedding vows, selecting music, hymns and creating your Order of Service.
We will discuss your preferences for decorating the church and assist with choosing pew decorations, candles for the alter, a personalised aisle runner and perhaps you'd like to place a cone of ecofetti on each alternate seat in the church. Or perhaps you prefer to being showered with rose petals or bubbles according to the guidelines of your church.
We will be at your rehearsal to reassure those last minute nerves, directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line to ensure everyone in the Bridal Party understands their role and is confident in the sequence of proceedings. Wedding day schedules will be developed and distributed for everyone that needs them including the entertainers and emcee.
The Bride will have a personal Wedding Planner with her, and her party, smoothing out their path and in addition a personal Wedding Planner for the Groom and his party, ensuring they have the rings and arrive at the church on time. Should any unforeseen issues occur the coordinators will have the contact information on hand to notify the appropriate people, eliminating any unnecessary stress.
Our coordinators will precede your arrival at the church ensuring your church decorations are completed in accordance with your wishes and each guests needs in relation to the ceremony is attended to. They will also attend to the Bride and Grooms parents making sure they have all the are seated comfortably and are well informed of the Brides progress.
We will ensure the guests are seated and awaiting the arrival of the Bride. After your ceremony, while you're having your photos taken we will be at your reception location working with suppliers to make sure your reception is decorated exactly to plan, right down to the last detail.
If you have elected to provide entertainment for your guests whilst having your photos taken, we'll work with the entertainer to make sure your guests are well looked after.
Budget Range
The most crucial point while planning your wedding is to set a budget.
It is not necessary to set an exact figure, but set a budget range that will allow you some flexibility as you wedding plans and needs develop. Setting your wedding budget becomes quite essential to save your pocket from any unknown expenditure and monetary tensions at a later stage.
